Although I'd have thought the use of the phrase "natural causes" rather than "death by misadventure" suggests something other than drink induced vomit is the suspected cause.
Yes you may well be right. However I will not rule out the vomit possibility at this stage, especially after seeing how Michael Jacksons 'heart attack' was initially reported.
