Dunno about botox - but I went to a family friend's wedding and thought the mother of the bride was the bride's sister, cos apparently she'd just had a shedload of (actually very good and natural looking) work done before the wedding! 
What pisses me off about Botox is you get people, in all seriousness, saying they need it for 'fine lines' in their 20s and 30s! I've probably got 'fine lines' now, but I don't go looking for them and nobody seems to have noticed, as most people on meeting me still assume I'm 10 years younger than I am. I mean, if you start battling lines in your 20s you can only drive yourself utterly mental for the entirety of your life worrying that people can see those little lines and think *shock!* that you're old.
