Boiled carrots should be......hard or soft?

how do you eat yours?

I show all vegetables (except potatoes) a picture of a kettle from the other side of the room. No mush in moose mansions. :mad:

Genius!!! Where da hell did you get that from?

On the carrot front: Don't boil them very often, we just eat them raw (my son doesn't like them cooked anyway) - but on the very odd occasion I boil them: medium.

Having said that I'm rather partial to baked carrots. Yum!

Mush is good.

Mushy carrots, mushy parsnips, mushy courgettes, mushy broccoli, it's all good.

Ironically, the only things I've never been able to properly mush are mushrooms.

Doesn't matter how long you boil them for, they never go mushy, just sort of shrivelled.....:eek:
