Blue Cheese

Be sure to take it out of the fridge a good few hours before you intend to eat it. I leave it out covered overnight if possible. It’s a mistake to eat it straight from the fridge as it needs to get to room temperature to enjoy at it’s best.

It's fucking brilliant, isn't it? I've just hacked into a big lump of gorgonzola that's been stinking out the fridge for a few days... mmmmmm mmmmmmhh!

I love any kind of blue cheese, stilton is bloody gorgeous too!

Since starting this thread 12 years ago I've developed a dairy intolerance and become a vegan. How times change :D
 
When it comes to cheese it must be room temperature and unpasteurised for the full flavour, anything else is a compromise.
