bloody idf :) fail to kill tony:)

Nino: Have I been to Burma? I am not posting in anything Birmese but as luck would have it I have been there at least twice (the border is not clearly marked on the Thai side), The first time was trek across Burme into Yunnan in between my first and second hitches in the IDF. AS you should well know , I frequent the region ALOT (last in Cambodia and Thailand less than 3 months ago).

The point though, and Dwyer is correct, is that this is a Mid-East Forum and offering wisdom on it might be a grand idea if you had wisdom to impart. Youy refuse to even visit the place in question so how could that EVER be the case?

Then you threaten to report Phil? This Forum is becoming so,so sad. If people cannot deal with a plethora of opinions they should just stay home and play with their wind up toys....WAIT! I got it! IT is because Nino was banned in THAT other thread! But Nino, that it neither Phil nor my fault. Please play nice.

Exactly. Not only that, Nino refuses to visit the middle east because of his preconceptions and prejudices about what it will be like. He thus ensures that those prejudices can *never* be overcome by experience. Perhaps it is more comforting that way.

So now you cling to dwyer's coattails? Pathetic. He made some comment about me not being qualified to criticise Israel if I'd never been there. I told him that was wrong and proceeded to tell him why. If you have a problem with that, tough shit.

This forum is bad only because you continue to pollute it with your blatantly racist propaganda and your never-ending apologies for your country's aggression towards those it deems to be untermenschen.

Please play nice.

Doctor, heal thyself.

This whole thread is turning into another car crash of personal sniping and digs. Please argue the topic, people.

Have a look at dwyer's first post on this thread. Is it necessarily a requirement to visit a country in order to criticise its policies? I'm sure dwyer, for all his faults, didn't actually visit apartheid-era South Africa or Pinochet's Chile but doubtless had enough to say on both issues. His only reason for doing this is obvious. Btw, why is he allowed to get away with this?

Editor: I know time is of the essence, but I am sure you COULD find a half way objective soul to deputise and and then clear and unequivocally add the bylaw that expletives and clear ad hominem attacks will be cause fo I) Warning, II) Temp. Banning, III) PErm. Banning. Things might be a bit slow for a bit but I think you would see many new people coming to the forum since so many have privately expressed to me their unwillingness to wade through the mud of this forum.

There is NEVER an excuse for what passes as adult discourse in this forum.

They didn't kill Tony because he's a Palestinian, and so is the head of the IDF. They're all Palestinians. All he had to do was give the secret hand signal and he knew he would be safe.
