And that's not too far from the truth. When Dubya made an 18 hour visit to Oz a few years ago (18 hours.... isn't that in itself indicative of what he thinks of Australia and our fearless leader?).... he made a speech to parliament and I swear, Howy teared up.

Lurve, with a little homoeroticism thrown in for good measure! Gut wrenching, isn't it? But Dubya has all the charisma of a stale biscuit, how could anyone find him compelling?

Howy just oozes oleagenous sincerity, doesn't he? In many respects, him and Blair are cut from the same cloth.

"Oleagenous" is a great word and it's a very apt way of describing most politicians. Howy slides and so does Blair....in fact, they both leave trails behind them wherever they go.
