Blackberries nom nom

I went for a walk yesterday and on our way through the grave yard found absolutely loads of blackberries everywhere of course we picked a load and made a crumble, and I guess I can make pies, tarts and jams but does anyone else have any good blackberry recipes?

Krs brought round some berry/vodka drink once at xmas - it was a bit like drinking runny jam. It wasn't pleasant.
