The second one up is Duke Special. He's from Belfast. I saw him beside City Hall one day. Quite well known here, not sure about elsewhere.
On general subject of men and eyeliner. You can but try Xanadu. You won't know until you wear it. If it doesn't work it can be consigned to the 'comedy explorative youth story' category.
