He seems to be off the boil a bit atm. I saw this show at The Eden Project and it went down really well, although there were quite a few adlibbed bits that were the best bits. He went on about The Wurzels at great length after picking up on someones accent - that kind of thing. You didn't really get that on this programme.

I don't like the singalong bits that he's going in for these days. It's a bit too Peter Kay for me, all that stuff. That thing he did with the orchestra was a bit lacking in laughs, too. I hope he gets it back together - he's my favourite comedian when he's on form.

I think he's flapping it a bit at the size of the crowd tbh, usually he's quite relaxed but he seems more nervous in this. Didnt like the repeating of old material but the man is still a genius

I was bought tickets top see him do Tinselworm live at the beginning of the tour and it was brilliant but other peoples review of later dates and the DVD make it seem like a different gig entirely, which seems a shame
