Such bullshiters.. my employers that is! As I mentioned earlier they have an outside company advising them on HR matters and procedures - they've emailed them that we agreed to have 2 "consultations" over the next two weeks about the situation - It was never even mentioned in the 2 minute sit down we had. The agency have also asked for the notes from the meeting.. of which there are none!

I think they're looking to let me go at the end of this month - but no formal notice of redundancy has been given - from this link https://www.gov.uk/staff-redundant/giving-staff-notice it looks like I'm entitled to eight weeks official notice or payment in lieu. Wouldn't mind the extra cash as I'm off on my hols soon

Youre always entitled to something through redundancy even if it is just NI contributions.
