hey folks....
it was mental...
we hit the streets of london in the morning and battered the place with flyers, and stuff...
we got down to the houses of parliament and doghouse got out his megaphone and started belting out 'taxi for mr blair' to all the world press in a park... until we were confronted by some mean looking security..
the bbc dragged us off and filmed us prancing about - which made Wales Today last night.
Then we bumped into george galloway, who had interviewed doghouse the night before on his sky tv show. he put a sicknote nose on and was very happy to take a tee too.
the pa arrived in an old battered jeep from bridgend and was put on the boat and banging in no time...
the coaches arrived from cardiff with people already munted before even boardin the boat...
alabama3 boarded with loads of londoners in tow! we also had people buy tix off the web from cornwall and lancashire - got train down and joined in the fun.
the night kicked off in style with kilnaboy slamming out some lovely jumping covers of Violent Femmes et al.
cosmo and felix dropped a coupla numbers on the deck.
The liquid acid and ketamine turned up and the boat got even wobblier...
Sicknote rocked it.
Then Rev D Wayne Love finished the night off with 'god save the queen' which sent everyone pogoing off the boat and onto the pier...
then,,,
the after party, at Brixton Jamm - which i managed to get away from (very messy and still happnin as we speak)
still nothing from tony.
as for the news. we got some coverage on the 6.30 news and footage of us outside parliament and the track used too.
here's a coupla snaps of the day....
and there's a few tee's left to mark this special day in our times....
