Big Brother 7 starts May 18th

I so want to avoid. But thinking back to previous years and the shocking addiction displayed when celeb big brother was on earlier in the year, I suspect I'm doomed to fail :(

Ditto! :(

:D :(

I'm not even going to pretend I'm not going to get sucked in like a good'n.

In fact I'm quite excited! I bet I'll be the only one to admit it though. :(

I can take or leave most reality shows, but Big Brother always gets me in the end.

I liked the first couple of series better, though.
The innocent days when a little kiss was a big scandal.
No more dirty shagging or wine-bottle action, pleeeease?

Me too but always thoroughly enjoy it. God knows what a collection we're going to get this year. Apparently there's rumours of a 'real' celebrity going in the house after the success of the non real Chantelle going into celeb bb. Probably just speculation but sure they'll find someone suitably unhinged.

I loved the first two or three years, after that I just got bored of it.

Each year the producers suceed in finding contestants more vacant, naive, false and gaudy than the previous year. I really don't know how they manage it.

Has McCall got it in her contract that she has to be heavily pregnant for every run of Big Brother? how many bloody kids does that woman have?

Ah, it's traditional.

I want Brian Dowling to be the celebrity. :)

That would be ace!

Fuck it, I'm not going to try and not watch it because there's no point, I love it!

I hate the beginning though when there are loads of housemates and you can't remember their names or whether you like them or not, it makes me nervous.

And Davina can bum off, she's crap, bring on Dermot.

I'd like to see the crew put in, producers, cameras, Davina, and see the programme editing and production done by former housemates.

But yeah I'll be watching it. And slagging the contestants off here, no doubt.

;)

Can't wait.

I remember watching the first programme in a caravan in Cornwall. It rained al lthe time and we just watched that in the evenings. Even my dad watched it and that's saying something. The Nick guy was hilarious because in a strange way he was a real person and showed a pretty human side. They all semmed like OK people just having a laugh. Suppose that doesn't hold people much so each series since then the producers seem to have brought in ever more unstable loonies to make it entertaining. I rarely ever watch it, maybe once or twice each series if something funny happens.

They've just started one here in Australia nd there's about 15 people on it. They all look like models, clearly BB here wants some sex.

Is anyone like me and generally hates the first week or so? Its all noise and shouting and people pretending to be interesting and exciting. Its only after a couple of weeks that it starts to settle down and get interesting.
