not a bad line-up, i'll go if i can blag it. But there's always seemed something a little wacky and Hoxton about it somehow

That's kind of how I'm seeing it. We had passes last year but just didn't feel like a weekend of being wacky in the end.

To be fair, although I have never seen so many Gucci sunglasses before (and I'm from Bath) found it the nicest friendliest festival I have ever been to. Would rather go to it than Glastonbury ten times over. (the smiley has gucci sunglasses)

I heard only good things about it from people who went last year and largely sorry things about a lot of other festivals (though of course the mighty glasto was absent). Went to the Brockwell warm up the year before and that was fun.

So I'm going this year... line-up does sound very good.

They wanted to do clowns and break the world record for the most amount of clowns gathered in one place, but underestimated the amount of coulrophobes that would be there and the punters said NO! Even the council stepped in and vetoed it!

Aye, but the Scissor Sisters ignored that and had giant clowns on stage for their headline set on Sunday

well from the show I saw none of them actually play instruments. They have a (rather large) 'DJ' who plays the backing track and messes about a bit with odd samples. The lead singer who jumps about alot acting pretty slutty, and another guy who doesn't seem to do much apart from shout from what I can remember.

irrespective of all of this, they were really good fun to watch, music was cool and they dont take themselves seriously at all.
