I like it I was listening to it the other day.

It is What It Is, Big Fun, Techno Music, Time to Express, Electronic Dance... There's plenty of great tunes on there. And it certainly meets this criteria for a great compliation:

at their best, a compilation can define a scene or a musical style - or even pretty much create one...

Although, thinking about it I probably prefer this Detroit techno compilation:
