I've found my summer tent. I'm so in love with it even if I don't go to a festival I will camp in the garden.

Just wanted to share.

Nowt wrong with eurohike tents, pretty much any tent will keep you dry if you put it up properly.

The reason people get wet is that they don't have a fucking clue about what they are doing, the state of most tents I see at festivals is shocking...

I agree entirely - and Eurohike are fine for normal weather. However I wouldn't want to rely on one if wild camping in the highlands in September...

used to have one. didn't stand up too well to some pretty extreme weather on dartmoor. it was in good nick as well

Magic Sam is worried about the tipi as it's only single layer and he thinks it won't be very sturdy.

I am also quite drawn to this one, I seem to be very attracted to novelty shit this summer and I make no apologies (apart from to Magic Sam who also has to sleep in/be seen with tent).

Agree with the others, Eurohike are fine for 'typical' use, as are their packs - got a rucksack from them, which aside from one of the drawstrings beings broken on the top, has been going strong since 1988!
