I'm surprised a “best of” list on the Internet has proved so contentious.

Its just depressing that there is clearly a big demographic for whom music does not exist outside of guitar based bloke-rock. I mean, never mind the exclusion of entire genres and an entire gender - even stuff like the cure, the prodigy, underworld, leftfield, the shamen, the specials, depeche mode, soft cell, echo and the bunnymen, the undertones and the sex pistols is too far out for these cunts.

Really good and diverse mix of stuff in that countdown, hard to disagree with the choices!
