Best movie martial arts fight

Jackie Chan vs Benny Urquidez in "Meals on Wheels"

i do like that one .... though it feels slightly out of place seeing that the rest of the movie is rather comedic but that fight is fairly hardcore (well for a chan fight) .. mid you it does have one or two good bits .... i did kinda like the flying knee to the moterbike guy

I love YouTube.

Edited to add link to complete version (first one I posted had about a minute missing at the start)

There should also be some links to some Urquidez full-contact prizefighting action on the same page.

The second fight is better for me. What about a shout for jackie chan in armour of god, the end fight with the 3 girls. Ku fund hustle blew me away. crouching tiger hidden dragon, I can't remember it all but every fight was a classic. The resturant fight midway through the film, or the fight that takes place in the trees.

there's one in fong sai yuk with all the kids doing all these ridiculous styles which is well funny, like duck style and fish style

Wing Chun - 1994 - for the scene where Michelle Yeoh hands out a proper spanking to a bandit who has come to her tofu business, while simultaneously keeping a large board of tofu airborne and unbroken.

Food, fighting and feminism all in one sequence - plus comedy and some breathtaking technique. beat that boys:p

would agree on jet lee in almost anything.
the final fight in a narrow passageway in Seven Swords is not too shabby (rubbish film over all tho)
Drunken Master, forever...

Mr Miyagi in the Cobra Kai dojo - Karate Kid III.

Qualifies as a great fight purely because it's the only one that made me cheer out loud!

Terrible film, mind.

:)

I just remembered another, although it was on TV rather than in a movie. Some 80's TV series called 'Civvies' or something like that about a bunch of ex-Paras. There was a very entertaining and fairly gruesome fight scene featuring local martial arts monster Terry O'Neil.

Any fight with Mr. myag is class, just because everyoen wants to see some little old man kick some punk ass. The fight with him and the kids in Part 1 is pretty cool too ...

Anything from Zu! because that film is fucking NUTS!

I like the stuff in the matrix movies though i'm sure the purists would disagree :D

Encounters of the spooky kind with Sammo Hung, one of the best films ever IMHO.

The fight in the noodle bar () or the fight at the end that lasts 20 minutes - both classics.

ETA - It is all on you tube in eleven parts, however the final fight can be seen in parts
Remember - The tallest Alter always gives you the advantage !

The fight in the snow in Sex & Fury is pretty damn cool. It's done in slow mo and is almost like a dance. Not safe for work since it features a naked tattooed lady slicing up bad guys in the snow:

I love this film so much that I got the poster art of Reiko Ike tattooed on my arm (badly:()

I think before Ong Bak turned up it would be legitimate to debate the merits of Chan vs Li , but that's all academic with Tony Jaa on the scene and there is no point in arguing with me!

Although this scene from District 13 was pretty slick (apart from the atrocious dubbing in this clip)

here's the French version for those that hate bad dubbing - but I'm guessing on this thread bad dubbing is a bonus :D
