I don't think that background is that important tbh. like 50cents was a proper gangsta before he was a rapper but it doens't make his tunes any less shit. and RZA was a proper geek before he was a rapper doesn't make his tunes any less brilliant

There's a good one on Butthole Surfers Independent Worm Saloon. It has a cop car pulling some guys over (who have been playing this tune that goes "I don't give a fuck about the FBI, I don't give a fuck about the CIA, I don't give a fuck about anything" on their car radio) and asking them what they're doing.

there's a one on Cappadonna's first album which just used to crease me up, it was loads of fake gunshots and fake screams and people yelling 'motherfucker' and women screaming 'oh my baby!' and it goes on for about 2 minutes. it's fucking hilarious
