That'll be Hayseed Dixie. Their cover albums "Kiss My Grass - a Hillbilly Tribute to Kiss" and "A Hillbilly Tribute to AC/DC" have been the soundtrack to my christmas. Better than the originals.

Another vote for Hendrix's All along the Watchtower.
