The Santa Clause

The Wizard of Oz is more of a New Year film.

It's a Wonderful Life for me too.

Should be overwhelmingly sentimental, but somehow manages to stay the right side of GorgonzolaVille. Very touching and heart-warming, even to a cynic like me.

"everytime a bell rings an angel gets its wings"

fuck off , shit film IMO The only good thing about It's a wonderfull life is that it features in not only National Lampoons christmas vacation but also Gremlins !

yes - why is this such a strange idea?

as of 4th jan that's my full time employment. :(

used to teach drama too...

He was nit, nit, nit, picking about your spelling of 'christmas' sweetie...ignore him. ;)

I teach English also and my spelling isn't the best. Not to mention 'typos' that i make when posting in a hurry....some people just like to bitch.

That's a shame, 40 option polls would really attract me to join a new message board. People even get prizes for being the 50th member on some message boards as well. Wouldn't that be cool? :(

Undoubtedly, the James Stewart classic "Harvey".

God knows why ITV decided to put it on at ten to one in the morning, as it stands head and shoulders above much of the dross that we've been subjected to this Christmas.

(I was rather amused to see that the furniture retailers "Harveys" and the Duracell bunnies had rather prominent spots during the ad breaks!)
