Chicharrones surely? Not that I can understand the finer points really.

I usually look at what other people are ordering there, what's looking good and point to something. Surprisingly friendly in there as a whole too.

They are usually made with different cuts of pork, but sometimes made with mutton. William Rose in Lordship Lane had whole rabbits for sale last week - they seemed very cheap - £3 - 4 per rabbit, I think.

That's about right in my book. Not much meat on a rabbit to be fair.

Wild rabbit is very cheap and plentiful at this time of year. Farmed rabbit is much more expensive, but then they are bigger, and more tender.
