Yeah, that was Roz Williams' (RIP) post-Christian Death band - I think they released about five albums, but I've just got the one, 'Necessary Discomforts', which is an hour of rather random and vaguely doomy atmospheric soundscapes.

I read an interview with them once where they said it stood for Keine Mehrheit Fur Die Mitleid, ie no mercy for the majority. I think the Depeche Mode allusion was made up later as a joke.
