Komodo, from Activestate, so far does everything I need. There's a time limited download you can try and its multi-os. Does virtually all script-based language that I use, and some I don't. (Ruby...)
for php there is a plugin for eclipse that should be worth looking at, not php person myself though so... but a mate like it for doing php and it should have the same kind of fetures as the java plugin as far as i know.
