As far as I know, no practical way of replacing them for agricultural purposes has ever been proposed. You can do small scale pollination with a fine paintbrush or similar, but that's going to be tough going if you're trying to do it for a few million hectares of crops.


My dad used to use a rabbit's foot. :)

Perhaps we could breed pollinating rabbits.

I'll go now, back to nobbing and sobbing.
