Sometimes it snows in April by Prince comes a close second.:( :(

Shine on you crazy diamond by Floyd :(

Always thought SOYCD was quite uplifting, Wish You Were Here on the other hand... *sniff*

And 'If' on Atom Heart Mother.

The Rah Band - Clouds Across The Moon

Oh I have that! I forgot all about it... What a classic.

Also reminds me

Shorley Wall - Ooberman her voice in the chatty bit, so woeful :(

*V clears off before she gets all sad again*

Oh dear - I've just started crying listening to Johnny Cash singing Danny Boy.

I can only see it getting worse from here on in - The Man Comes Around does that everytime.:(

I blame it on the gin.

The theme tune from The Littlest Hobo

One of my best buddies is around the world traveling atm. Littlest Hobo is his feem toon.

He went on a swim with dolphins thing and was told that they love you if you sing to them. Of course he chose his song and he says he was the most popular of all the peeps in the water

bowie- five years
velvets- all tomorow's parties
smiths- reel around the fountain

All of which pale in comparison to the magnificent misery of 'love will tear us apart', but i'm sure that one's been done.

And (and this IS embarassing) Romeo and Juliet by Dire Straits. But I've got baggage to do with that track.:(

You and me both :o

Another vote for Five Years (Bowie) and Hurt (Cash)

For some reason Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley always makes me want to cry. Dunno why but I love the song a lot.
Leonard Cohen makes me really happy. Joyful even! :)

i've heard that four times today. crying inside is NO substitute.
