All the lineup needs now is them and Citizen Fish and i'll be in mid-90's crusty heaven :D
*polished paraboots-goes 'duh' and wipes paraboots in mud-tries to fit back into previously baggy stripey jumper*:( Down with the polltax!

Agreed, was a real shame and pain about the coppers last time.

I'm taking a gamble, and sticking with BD, in the (folorn??) hope that the Devon and Cornwall Police will be lower key again this time -- like they were in 2005, hardly saw em that year!

Anyway mr steev, for us both it's Endorse It for sure. You doing Glasto also??

Nearly all the police went home at 5pm. Just go for a local drink and then go in.

Got me ticket already!

Nah, I was OK mate, didn't have 'anything' on me .... :D

Not any red diesel anyway ;)

You going again TC?

I'm going along to Dub's DJ sessions ...... to cheer him up like ... :p

You can add Temple Hedz to the Whirl-Y-Gig line up. Self confirmed. Still not sure if Banco da Gaia are a definite. Toby Marks said not recently.

Tickets selling fast by all accounts. Get 'em while they're hot.

(have Blyth Power ever played BD? :) )

Unless at the first one, no ....

Oh well shame you won't be along, but that's the way of things ...

What if anything are the Co-creators or Credit to the Nation doing these days, anyone?

well we could be, but there's honestly nothing there i can be arsed to go to Devon for. I'll see what we're being offered, but it's a lot of miles to see a line-up that poor (in my very humble opinion, obviously )

Bump. The tix have been sold out for a few weeks now, :( , but Gogol Bordello have been confirmed as Saturday night headliners ... which is surely worthy of a little bump! :)

Oh well at least the bump may save Urban from a new and superfluous thread re BD! ;)

Exactly one month on from the last post

You'd have thought people weren't interested in this fest or something .. ;) :p :D

I would rather eat your turds than ever see or hear the men they could not hang ever again.

in fact they should be hung on stage for their crimes against music.

Even I thought The Men They Couldn't Hang were absolutely shit, and that's saying something ... ;)

jbob -- as for the rest, no-one's making you go, so each to their own eh?

Oh piss off william, since when has expressing an opinion been off-limits? It's a lame, one dimensional selection, and I'm a disappointed by it. That's all.

Anyone got any spare tickets??

I need 2 x adult weekend tickets desperately

We've got 1 ticket if you still need it :)

Thought i'd bump the thread too as it's only a few weeks away now

I suppose most of you know by now that the Friday headliner is KT Tunstall. Can't quite believe the amount of peeps on the B Days boards who are slagging off the festie for booking her and KT herself for being crap and too commercial.

Yes, she's not everyones cup of tea, but she's quite good live and to slag her off just because she's had a bit of chart success is a bit daft really.

I think the problem is that because she couldn't be announced till yesterday people were getting their hopes up that the headliner would be huge. The guess threads have had some way out suggestions like the Foo Fighters, so anything less would be a bit of a disappointment...

Some of the people on festie bards are never happy-The Wickerman was slagged off for having a shit lineup last year and this year slagged off for 'being too commercial' -ie having a good lineup.
Looking forward to this-thankyou for fixin it for me Jim:cool:

I am not bothered about the line-up, I've not even looked.

I might be up for your spare ticket though. PM sent.
