Not this year although the 3 indoor stages are all in BIG tents so ability to get comfy guaranteed...plus its gonna be blisteringly hot so you will need to be outside..
Chillout tent is something I'm in discussions about with several crews for 2011..

I think one year they didn't do either Off The Tracks.
Suitable complaints were made.

Will, there will be one main bar, much bigger tent with full stage which will have everything from bands thru to folk djs. Bigger bar = longer bar = more ale
Also there will be 2 smaller bars across site, one of them, with ale, will be in the dance tent!! Free water also available from said dance tent bar..

If they end up managing to get at least one from either Kelham Island (Sheffield), or Ossett (Ossett in W Yorks) or Moorhouse (Burnley, over the border but you know 'em from the Trades)** that'd be grand .., but the ales were great last year anyway and I'm sure they will be again. No doubt you'll think of a fair few others yourself ...

With the exception of EndorseIt, where they snuck up on me when I momentarily let my guard down, I only went to festivals where they didn't play last year. This year I intend to avoid them completely.

So...you know how it says the music stops at midnight on the Fri and Sun? What happens then?! Does everyone go back to their tents?

Yep, communal fires and stuff stays open like bar/tea tent/open mic etc..

Newly acquired area....especially for Soj -
The Ladybird Project will be running one of the snazziest Chill Out Areas in the history of festival land. The HUGE Chill Out Area will be in an 80 foot Mauritanian marquee and host a vary of comfy sofas, ambient controlled lighting, rugs and chandeliers.
The amazing Chill Out area will be hosted until the very very early hours – 4am to be exact!!! The area will have 3 full days of programmed activities for adults, children and especially teenagers during the daytime.
The list is endless from craft workshops that focuses on skill progression like the acro balance sessions. The evenings kick into a fully programmed family entertainment zone such as the family cabaret, storytelling, bands, ambient DJ`s, late night cinema, stand up comedy featuring HOWARD MARKS, walkabout entertainers, circus acts, spaced out visuals, games and much much more.
The new addition to Bearded Theory, for now and the future will be the Ladybird Project!!!

popped down to the pixiepirates doo in E1 on Saturday to catch 'The Impossible' live. Looking forward to their particular brand of psychedelic madness in the dance tent on Saturday afternoon... Live instruments on psy-Saturday!! Whatever next!!
