I voted d for Comedy option, for Bonisseur. Another B but an H not a J. What's that about?

French spoof James Bond films, except the books were written before the Bond ones, I think.

I went to see OS 117: Cairo Nest of Spies. Excellent. :)

RD- Nadia was a plank- she gets strapped up and tortured by the kid from The Champ.

An hour later he apologises for wanting to waterboard her, and within seconds her alpha male sperm detector goes off.

For me:

New Bond
Bourne
Bauer
Old Bond

I just don't get on with 24.

Actually, having watched "Taken" the other day, I would probably go with "Unexpectedly brutal and hardcore Liam Neeson".

how quickly we forget how unexpectedly hardcore and brutal Neeson was in Rob Roy when he practically cuts mincing english fop almost in twain.

Bourne is top of the secret agents IMO. I have to say, he is the business - he's uncompromising, but he still has morals. Jack will do whatever he has to, whatever the consequences. He still rocks though.

Bond can just go sit in a corner. Can't be dealing with him. He's too silly.

new bond is a proper cunt, like jack bauer

If you had to be one of them, it would be Bond though. Bauer gets hardly any sleep and Bourne is a mental. At least Bond enjoys fine wines, good food, and the company of laydeez.

Borne gets his end away in the books, all the time. But every bird he sleeps gets killed as a cue for him to go on a killing spree. I haven't read the Eric Van Lustbader penned one but I feel certain he will have stuck to this plot device.

Books? Pfft, who reads them these days.

It's a toughie, for sure.

Bond in his Daniel Craig incarnation is a hard-ass bastard, properly in the women-slapping Sean Connery mould, doesn't give a shit...however, you also have to include Roger Moore in this, and quite frankly he was shit (Tim Dalton was alright I reckon - his Bond in Licence To Kill was pretty mean, out to avenge Felix and whatnot)

Jason Bourne is the mutts - hardcore training, has loads of trauma to get through and has the ability to turn absolutely anything into a weapon - more so than Bauer and Bond. Kicks a lot of ass

Jack Bauer - Will Not Stop Until He Accomplishes The Mission. No moral qualms about the concept of the greater good and how to protect it; able to seemingly come back from anything, any mole, any conspiracy...BUT...would be NOWHERE without backup from CTU (except in Africa, but that doesn't count cos he was merely getting from A-B)

So...I really don't know. I'm a huge fan of amoral secret agents, and Craig's turn as Bond is as hardcore as Jason or Jack...I really cannot decide on this...

the list is missing the main man.

As much as I love Coburn and Flint and Coburn as Flint, it is a spoof.

Can we have a spoof secret agent face off?

Flint
Matt Helm
Desmond Simpkins
Sir James Bond
