Only take deodorant on holiday. (Sweaty airports and security checks- I like to keep the security guys and girls fresh, they nick it off you the smelly buggers)

I keep asking, and unless they are all lying, my old suspicion that if you shower twice a day, you don't need it, seems to be true.
