Barc Vs Chelsea

Can't disagree g force, however Lampard showed good grace last night wishing His Ronaldinhoness good luck in the next round; obviously some players are tossers, and the club is classless, but Frank Jnr stands out as a decent fellow.

only cos he wanted to swap shirts....saying that I'd have hung his jock strop on my wall after watching him last night

Yes Lamps was gracious in defeat - but thta's the mark of the man, not the club he plays for. I see Jessie is still going on about Del Horno's card to cover his tactical ineptitude last night

Yes, and if UTD happen to hold on to Glenn Roeder, who knows what UTD are capable of.

Given Rodent's track record of having an excellent first season, followed by relegation, probably being in the League Championship by the year 2008, if Newcastle are foolish enough to take him on full time!

Very true...there's a good way to win and lose and to my mind Chelsea have done neither. At first I foudn Jose funny, this public persona etc, but it's gone too far now.

Me too. He's taken the old Alex "everybody is against us" Ferguson method too far. If anyone else exhibited the same symptoms of delusion and paranoia they'd be sectioned.

BFF was probably telling Ronaldinho how much he's looking forward to working with him next season..

Yep - Lampard playing in a midfield of Guily, Ronny and Xavi has a lot of appeal. wonder if he'll learn spanish?

If Ballack signs then one of Lampard-Makele will go, can't see either warming the bench. I'm not sure Barca want Lampard - I know Ronny said he thought he'd be the final piece of creating an ideal team, but I still the defence as a bit ropey.

Oleguer and Puyol are fine, but we need cover because Silvinho and Gio can't play there and Motta goes from sublime to liability within a second.

Given in goal and a hyypia type defender, tall and solid at the back. I would say sol campbell, as he could do a job and have plenty of time on the ball. But I don't think spain is a good move for him.

We tried to sign Del Horno...maybe better we didn't get him. Rumours of Tacchinardi - i'd love Shay Given at Barca, he'd be sublime
