Yup hate those damn card readers, now I need to carry a card with membership number, debit card and a sodding card reader just to login to the site in the first place instead of just remembering my password.

I have a card reader but only need it for transfers. I just use the phone now and I've told them I won't use the bloody thing.

Yeah I found that. I used to do all my payments online at work, but now I need the cardreader I get to making the payment and then remember I need the bloody reader I must say when I got it at first I was confused as I just didn't understand, and still kinda don't understand

they'll send you another one for free i've got two now - one at home and one at work...

we have two identical, but different natwest card readers. Horrible things, all they've ever done is stop me moving my money as I want to
