I've done alright, then. I lived in London / went to Glastonbury & Reading every year when I wanted to see most of the decent music. And I went to absolutely everything I could. I won a competition in the NME one year and got free entry to Brixton Academy for a year - me plus one. It was fucking ace. I saw everyone from Missy Elliott to Nick Cave. fucking wicked. Only thing they wouldn't let me go to was Madonna. And guess what? the other bloke that won the competition never even used his pass once!

Me and the missus saw them do the whole of Orange at one of those Don't Look Back gigs. one of the best ever!! Mark Lamarr played harmonica, it ended with Spencer playing one theremin with ANOTHER theremin.

They all do other stuff, but the band still exist I think.. check out the stuff Spencer has done with Matt Verta Ray as Heavy Trash. Ace dirty rockabilly

That album should have been huge, guess the UK just wasn't ready for that kind of country then

Since this is SUCH a derail, I reckon you should add The Rockingbirds as a band you regret never seeing live, it'll get us off the hook
