Electric 6 havent had a label for about 18 months.

And what about that band fronted by Casey Chaos - wasnt he messed about loads by a label?

Recorded Amens second album with Virgin (true cunts) and then got dropped before release. Virgin wouldn't let him have the album.

That said he was an arm cutting posing son of a cunt so it was no great loss.

Cutting yourself up for the audience is the equivalent to eating shit onstage.

i suspect the thing with Must Destroy / Atlantic is that they wanted The Darkness but Must Destroy held them to some sort of wider label deal. Luckily the mighty McLusky and my mate's band Sludgefeast weren't involved.

I saw Sludgefeast play in Bath last year.They were fab! DMBT were great as well and all sparkley
