IIRC you can buy tickets for stuff at Wembley paying by cash at the box office at the venue, or you'll be able to buy them at Stargreen by Oxford Circus, they usually charge a couple of quid more than face value as a "handling charge" but if you go there in person it's way cheaper than Ticketweb or Ticketmaster.
