Excellent night - Bolt was just, just wonderful. He is such a joy to watch. Also William Sharman did so well in the Hurdles - a what a great guy! - plus two Brits through to the Long Jump

He was 2m faster than Michael Johnson's previous best (which is a quarter of a second faster than the next best run!), whilst having an aggregate wind disadvantage of 0.7m per second. It might not sound much, but in all kinds of categories it's almost beyond belief.

Should be one of the last races of the day - around 19:30, I'd say.

Meanwhile, Robles dropped out after three (poorly passed) hurdles. I wonder if he was fit at all to compete. Last year even he was controlling his pace he had a very gracious style, this time around he struggled on every hurdle.

I saw on the some athletics website that it was on at 8.35, but forgot to allow for the time difference and missed it.
