I feel more comfortable googling Canadian sites. At times, some of the articles are not entirely truthful. I follow this stuff here, so I'm more likely to spot erroneous claims.

As I was reading the article, I couldn't help thinking that it looks a pimping service

I was trying to find a nice article that would show the different release programs and their sponsoring groups, but I met with little success. The google search gave me the names of organizations around the world that are currently active in this area, just not all in one link.

I didn't see any zoos listed - only different charities and government organizations. It could well be that I've got the wrong search criteria.
