Looks like Reo Coker is up for it, can't work out why no-one else is interested tho? he any good?

if reo-coker wants to play for you then he's a good player. lots of energy, runs about a lot, decent tackle - however he cannot pass for toffee and his ego is the size of the sun.

this season he has been sulking, whining, disrupting the team and generally acting the cunt.

it's quite funny however that, no offence, he was aiming for man utd or arsenal and he ended up going to villa. Hopefully for you that has dented his ego a bit and he'll get his head down.

oh, and I've also heard that ashley young refused to sign for us in january because he didn't want to be in the same team as him. Could be interesting. ;)

Or more likely he didn't want to sign for a club that looked like they were going to be relegated - and should have been.

I can only repeat what I've been told. :)

you try and help people out and they just throw it back in your face.... :(

Seems odd, then, that Reo-Coker would say things like this about him .... :p

Ashley’s debut in Switzerland was long overdue, but he’s been given a chance now and has taken it. He has done very well for the Under-21s and his move to Aston Villa is a massive loss for Watford. He is so talented and is a player that I remember playing against in the Championship. Ashley is a very gifted, team player and can create and score goals.

what do you think so far Villains?

koumas, kewell, sjneider, bellamy?

Koumas - not convinced that he's Premiership quality.

Kewell - injury-prone and the wrong side of 25.

Sneijder - a brilliant and versatile young player and one that would be a fine recruit if Villa managed to secure his signature; sadly, it appears that Spuds are likely to beat us to it if Valencia don't get him.

Bellamy - an utter cock who will cause mayhem in the dressing room and whose one asset (his pace) will fade over the next few years as he's now in his late 20s.

Koumas - Not good enough. Blew his Premiership chance years ago.

Kewell - Too injury prone. Not even half the player he once was at Leeds.

Sneijer - A top, top player. He would boost our team immeasurably with his vision and skill and would be a hero to the fans for years. Unfortunately, we are not in the position to sign him though, as he will go to a team playing in Europe.

Bellamy - Could be the mean bastard up front that we've been crying out for, but the problem with Bellamy is that he'll unsettle most of the squad and he has huge discipline problems. Like aylee said above, his pace is his main attribute, but that will fade soon to leave nothing much else. No thanks.
