Firky, I don't think anyone would judge you so. I wish I had some advice beyond sounding like a careers advisor, but one experience at university is not typical of every experience at university and it might give you more freedom in the long run in terms of work. You are obviously an intelligent and talented person, surely somewhere there would be a course that appealed to you.

Whatever, hope stuff become less muddled soon.

Well I think you kinda know what I’m gonna say already but here goes anyway.

Get your fuckin arse down sarf – Pompey is closer to London then you are right now. The weather’s better here and you’ll be by the sea.

Uni is only for a year – you even said your HND aint worth shit compared to a BA so what are you waiting for?

Even if you only stay there a couple of months while you look for something/anything in the south – it’s got to be easier than living in the back of beyond.

Don’t be down it’s make your mind up time – you’ve been given another chance so take it.

I know you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place – but you are gonna have to take that leap and make it work. (And there's no parents in the Sarf winging!!)
