From what I can gather there seemed to be less people sneaking in last year so they wouldn't of lost money that way and the numbers seemed OK. Do the police and security put in a fixed price or can it rise later?
I'm GUESSING this, but I wonder if the food/beer stall holders paid a % of their take as fees to Orange Festival. But that people got enough of their own drink and food in to save having to spend loads inside? Thus causing a shortfall?
