I've also been forced to email the FA, the Premier League, UEFA and FIFA protesting at the fact that his transfer was registered after the deadline, so in my eyes he has no club and shouldn't be allowed to play. Being as he is playing, I can only presume that different clubs get different rules, or am I being cynical?

He's a very good left back, but I can only imagine what Joe Average who takes Joanne, Joseph and Josephine Average to see football every week at a cost of £100 odd even before they start getting to the ground must make of his appalling greed.

Perhaps we should all e-mail or text him and ask him what he's going to do about the fact that Michael Ballack is on more than twice as much as he is (assuming that Chelski are paying Cole the £60K per week that he wanted).
