Ashes 2006/07 Third Test Perth

I can breathe :o :)

Im cynical - if we lose, Fletcher will bow out next year saying that the media and public pressure to change his team lost us the series.

The bastard.

Fletcher will bow out for sure???,i mean He is not actually batting or bowling or fielding is he?Dont forget they are playing the world champs in our own country, and the first match was a bit of a trial as well. You couldn't drop your top strike bowler after a poor first test and this must be his last chance.Dunno why G Jones is still there either
Good luck(not to much though)
eta We won the toss but according to Terry Alderman who played a lot of cricket here says England may do well here.A lot of grassy patches where the ball has got a lot of uneven bounce. Its an 11.30am start here as well ,very odd

Flintoff drops Langer at second slip off Harmison. Very sharp chance. But it was there! Would have been 60 for 3

At tea it is 6/184.
Dont want to give you any more wickets today, but it could have been worse.England has won the first 2 sessions and we are looking down the barrel.Huss and Warne have to hang around.Cmon Aussie:cool:

Well, what a surprise, put in the best players on form rather than reputation and the team finally begins to deliver. Lets hope we can keep the pressure on the aussies now and begin to turn the series around. Monty got em running scared, Harmy beginning to put it about a bit, come on England. :)

Fantastic  :D  :D

Just heard John Embury on the ABC saying that Harmy is a matchwinner on his day.My question is "when is his day?"Also there is talk of playing 2 spinners in the pommy side.I can see another emphatic win comming up for the Aussies.Sorry boys but your bowling attack apart from Hoggy to date has been shit and this wicket will not help you at all:D

:D :D :D

I guess 99% of the cricketing population of the country can now say "I told you so" to Duncan Fletcher.

Hats off to Monty, Steve Harmison and the others though, especially Harmison who was enduring a torrid time, and its nice to see Mahmood back instead of Anderson (who surely must have had his last chance now).
