As you and I already know, Halfords is FUCKING SHIT!!!!

Herbsman.

Nah Lotion, Pet, Nor Powder.
All the bike shops are closed on Mondays so I had to go to Halfords.

The cheapest innertube in there cost £4.50. What a fucking rip-off.

When I got back to work (luckily not too far away) with the tube, it must have been a manufacturing defect, because it was far too big to fit a 700c wheel. When I put the tube in the tyre, the tyre had been filled but there was still loads of tube left outside the tyre; the tube was about 25cm too long in its circumference. I compared it to the original tube to confirm this.

I took it back, not wanting to risk the same thing happening again, I got a refund for the new tube and bought a repair kit to repair the old tube.

The repair kit had nothing in it but a piece of chalk and a crayon.

I worked for them for about 15 years but got bored of men getting excited over car stereos and the like :D

I was soooo not interested!

How much do you normally pay for an inner tube???
£3.99 maximum, but that's from a larger, fairly expensive bike shop. £3 from the smaller bike shops and online shops.

You are insane. You can get deals, like 10 tubes for £20

Back in the day I think I remember getting 10 for £15 (20" for BMX)

I've bought into a deal like this and have found that they lose air very quickly (over two weeks can go from 40psi to 15psi)

The £4.50 one I bought a couple of weeks is still holding 90psi.

A coupla years ago I bought a back wheel, tyre and innertube from Halfords, it actually cost more than what it would cost for buyung the same for a small car, fuckin robbin cunts

btw sorry for swearing in capitals in the title. it would have been alright in non capital letters.

I think Halfords is pretty good for tools. Their 'Professional' range was always really good, though quite pricey. Good tools are never cheap anyway.
