It's not dishonest, it's perfectly sensible - put the date of the coming saturday on the cover so that on your best sales day it appears current. The on-line articles have actual publication dates on them - there's no dishonesty as far as i can see.

My parents had a brick put through the back of their car window, and an air pistol pellet shot at their living room window, both windows coincedentally had anti fascist posters, they are not anti police (my dad was a copper in the sixties), however it took two days of phone calls before a copper turned up to "investigate" and they heard nothing more...

They just removed the posters and decided it was safer to hide their beliefs than take another risk, can't say I blame them.
 
Maybe I'm cynical or overly suspicious but could the UAF/SWP leadership be trying to whip things up a bit?
I got a few silly calls to my mobile from the "Derby National Front" a few years ago. Started with getting a silent call at about 4am. Got another one later the same night where the caller eventually shouted "nothing" down the phone and hung up. The next day I got another call where some kid whose voice had barely broken said "This is the Derby National Front, we are going to rip your eyes out with a spoon" and hung up as I howled with laughter. That was the end of it.
Or are they lulling me into a false security and waiting for their balls to drop before they strike?

dedicated, high profile black anti fascist gets death threat and is then attacked by fascists, and we get a thread whingeing about 'dishonest dates ' / dull as fuck digs at the swappies etc ....

as for the original OP, the experience of Alex Mcfadden / that Sheffield LMHR lad recently / the Leeds teachers / Bennett etc suggests you 'd do well to take the threats seriously .

I haven't even posted on this thread until now.

And since when exactly did I suggest that the SWP CC were trying to 'take over the world' as you put it? Do point me in the direction of that particular post, if you can.

All I've ever done is highlight my dislike and distrust of the way the SWP CC lead the SWP and the negative effect that their leadership has had on other groups and their campaigns. That's hardly me suggesting the SWP CC are members of the Bilderberg Group or the Illuminati, now is it? And, seeing as I was once an active member of that sect, to my eternal shame I admit, I might just have some level of insight into the way the SWP is run.

Feel free to quote where I accused the SWP of seeking world domination at any time.

Ive been writing letters to Bolton News for ages having a pop at Griffin & Co, myself and another three people got these letters saying they were gonna kill us and making threats to stop giving the BNP a hard time in the papers.

Shame they never left contact details, it would have been an absolute Honour to get more aquainted with them, particularly my fist and their noses.:)

the far rights keyboard warriors are either amazingly proflic or numerous or probably both.
they regualry turn up on arrse and get banned wrecked they local argus website (you really have to work at being more right wing than local newspaper letter righters)
