Yeah i think you're right! The only boundaries to the freedom i talk of are self-imposed ones, for whatever reasons. For total freedom can only come with full responsibility for oneself. By submitting one's decision-making to a God or a computer or an institution, one is giving away their responsibility and freedom.
The strange thing is that humans think they want freedom, but usually end up locking themselves in a cage and putting the key in some corner somewhere.
AI (or any machine) may add to our lives, but it can never take over a free person's life.
