Argies v South africa: is anyone actually rooting for south africa?

It's obviously wider than that, although the Malvinas incident (aside from the deaths) gave us Thatcherism which is probably reason enough.

On the sporting front alone though, loads of Saffies seem want to play for us.

As a football fan primarily, I can't suddenly start cheering for the Argies. I know it's only rugby, and therefore not that important in the scheme of things, but I just can't do it.

and very few things are more importent then england getting unfairly denied in world cups stfc!
