In warm weather, clean Y-fronts, in the morning, post-shower.

When it's cold, like now, I wear one-piece long underwear suits, which I also sleep in and wear around the house as loungewear. But I'd never go more than 24 hours without changing into a fresh ones.

Sometimes I wear sweatpants to bed, or in the garden on a cool morning, but I'd never leave the property wearing them, any more than I'd leave the property wearing pajamas.

I wear two pairs of pants per day - one pair for cycling/walking to work in, then I put a clean pair on when I get there.

The cycling/walking ones are worn for 2 days, as they are only worn for a short while in the morning (I wear the clean ones I put on at work for the return journey).

I don't wear any at home.
