I don't honestly see the problem with 'slut-washing', so long as you include your feet you're as clean as you need to be, you can make do with a kettle's worth of hot water, you don't get so cold in an unheated bathroom and it takes seconds to get ready for work.
Am I missing something?

I do leave washing up regularly and am guilty of the ashtray thing but towels are only used once (apart from hair towels) and then they are washed. This creates lots of washing as I have a bath every day.

I would NEVER wear socks or pants 2 days in a row and very rarely wear clothes more than once except jeans and jumpers.

My cats can sleep anywhere they want, they are part of the family.:o

Our cat stopped sleeping on the bed last week. I'm convinced it was a protest as he started again as soon as we changed the sheets! :o

Is it possible to STOP your pets from kipping on the bed? I'm guilty of that one (but it's only usually Hendrix, the other two kip on the spare bed, on a special blanket :o ). I'm also not great about changing the bed linen that often. :o

I sleep on the cat:o She is a persian so nice and fluffy and makes a great pillow. Slatternwise, have sprayed perfume over my clothes this morning as failed to bother hanging them up when they came out of washing machine and they are slightly damp and fusty

I often leave out the washing up overnight and sometimes well into the next day, I also live in clutter.

However I have to be really clean, wear clean clothes and sleep on clean sheets because of my asthma. If I got to bed amongst dust I wake up wheezy and ill.

The idea of wearing socks or underwear for mroe than one day is just to eeeew to imagine.

I often wear socks for the second day, usually cos someone's nicked all mine and I can't find any other than fucking great hiking socks.

Knickers tho? Ewwwwww!

I don't really wear socks/pants 2 days in a row unless I've ended up crashing at someones place & wearing yesterdays clothes. Fair enough, you might say, but this tends to happen at least once a week so I think it's a common enough occurence to count as a choice.

used to be / do / not do all of them;) ...now would have to say have cleaned up my act and very rarely do any save the ashtray thing though make my own which actually look quite cool and don't show the ash / butts so not so bad:)

I am not good at changing the sheets. Actually at the moment I can't change the sheets because the spare one ripped and none of the others fit the bed.

I also leave washing up - I never do it before I go to bed and sometimes all there is are tea mugs and cereal bowls so they might be there a few days.

On the plus front, I always air my towels and never wear pants or socks two days in a row.

I have been known to slutwash on a regular basis though - especially if it's cold :o

Instead of a shower. So really I should be showering so that more than my crotch and pits get clean.
See, I think that's a good thing. We wash too many natural oils and bacteria and stuff away these days IMVHO. Pits and crotches get sweaty, faces get grimey and make-uppy so I can see that they need washing but arms, legs etc don't need washing every day.

*says she who has a bath every night  *

 :D

I do have eczema and pregnancy has given me a really lovely itchy rash all over my arms and legs so I'm avoiding washing away essential oils :D

i feel relieved that so many of you are worse than me. my house is a tip - full ashtrays, fusty towels, last night's dinner plates hanging around, wearing socks twice and yesterday's clothes if i'm crashing at someone's house or if my washing hasn't dried  :o

but i do change bed linen every week and shower every day.

Where's the famed lovely skin eh? Mine's an itchy lumpy mess :(

Yes to all the above except for the pet one (don't have a pet) and the fridge one (fridge is too small - food gets eaten before it rots)
