I've got a horrible feeling that it could be Ebcunt's year. He's looking supreme against world champ Murphy who doesn't seem to have any response, which is odd considering he's spent most of the season talking about how he really, really does deserve the title.

The only thing keeping me going is the prospect of Ronnie whitewashing the bald-headed, beady-eyed bastard in the next round or two. That'd get the snidey, 30-plus-secs-a-shot tosser back for all those dubious 'psychological' tactics (ie. removing the concept of 'sportsmanship' from the equation) he routinely employs against people he knows are better than him in every department.

I loved the O’Sullivan game last night. (I’m tired today though)

Ronnie seems to do the ‘I’m way ahead, now I’m gonna cock up for a bit, he’ll get a few frames, it’ll nearly be down to these last two frames, then I show them what I’m really made off’ type thing which just makes him so watchable.

He has a natural talent you can tell that and I hope he continues playing as fantastically as he has shown to play previously.

To add to that does anyone else think he is looking really healthy again, off the chang, off the booze I think he’s pretty fit myself

Me ex-gf had a real soft spot for The Rocket... I think his Beatle mop-top is doing him a real favour at the moment. Coupla years ago he looked all withdrawn and gaunt, it's good to see him back to his old self - minus the puff, sniff and chinese takeaway binges!

Anyone esle getting the hump with Graham Dott's tactics - ie. either playing off two cushions to nestle up against a red, or clipping a red really finely ending up back on the bottom cushion - every fucking time?

I hope Ronnie gets some luck soon cos he's had a disastrous run of the balls compared to Dott. I don't think I could face a world final featuring Ebdon -vs- Dott.

I enjoy watching him play too,,and yes I think he's looking rather fit nowadays too

I needed cash, so had to withraw from my spread betting account. To do this I had close my open position on Ebdon - Fu supremacy. I had backed Fu. Score was 15-9 and I took a heavy loss. Then of course Fu comes back from the dead, I would have broken even
