anyone going to Paradise Gardens this weekend?

Anyone else coming along? Me and mango and golightly are sitting in the sun. It's very nice :) come along and join us.

liked it.

The Wall of Death totally wins though.

That was . Totally fucking brilliant though, I think I'm in love with the blond girl :o

Was a really nice fest. Lots to do and it didn't have that rip off feel that you often get. No silly queues, not too packed and sounds were pretty loud. Had that nice family feel to it too and a really friendly atmosphere :D And best of all no silly walls around it.

Tower Hamlets seem pretty good at organising these things.

Yes it was indeed a great festival - really chilled, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of room to manouvre, fun for all the family and a great range of tunes.... the best one of these free festival things I've been to in a long time.:)

missed maggot. made solution sounds. absolutely bangin in the dub tent. one love :)
Yes didn't find Paulie, but managed to find sci-fi Sam and her crazy daughter. Also pH and possee.

Yes, the blonde girl on the Wall of Death was great - not just a pretty face.

Fantastic atmostphere, didn't see many bands but really enjoyed the sideshows: The Digital funfair was outstanding, the robot made of purple wheelie bins, the Miniscule of Sound, the Gyroscope and Carters Steam Fair - all highly enjoyable, although the gyroscope made me feel a bit queasy.:D

And no security preventing you from bringing in drinks etc.

I loved it on Saturday :) It was a nice free fest with a good atmosphere and no stupid fences or booze restrictions and good music. The wall of death was great too

My gf was doing her usual mother hen thing and was taking care of a comatose lad she nearly trod on in the dark on the way out of the park. Turned out he was a friend of a friend and needed to get back to Brixton, but he really didn't seem capable of that feat.

We all went back to my mates house in Dalston and this lad has a coolbag full of 1980s games like twister and 'guess who?' which we took advantage of. This was followed by a miaow session till about 9am, so my good intentions of going again on sunday were ruined, and my Glasto stash has a big hole in it :(

The only negative thing that occurred at the festival was when this pissed bloke who was having a kip next to us woke up and started slurring nonsense at my gf, got his nob out and started waving it at her  Fair play to the coppers though they stepped in before I had to and took him away.
