I noticed as well last night, that the NFL commisoner was discussing the possibility of two games next year and also the potential of an actual London NFL team in the future.

Maybe it was regional variations. The game definitely must've been on CBS somewhere in the States, they were plugging all their crappy TV shows on it.

it would have been on in new orleans and the other teams city. thats about it i suppose.

There's a wide range of NFL games shown over various networks in the US. So the game would have been carried in different regions, depending on whether local teams were playing at the same time, etc.

The game last year was pretty dull and altho I know nowt bout American football I don't really think they'd send over two great teams so prob more of the same this year hence my mates not being up for it

Good game so far, better than last years.

Slight aside, the American CBS commentators discussing 'soccah' just made me laugh. "It's all about the fans." says one, "They never stop chanting and singing, they even stand (!)"

"But no booing." replies the other "They never ever boo."

I can't see a London team, although tbf, when I first heard the Chargers were playing at Wembley I thought it was just an internet rumour because I didn't think they'd bring a west coast team.

It was actually a really good game though, the atmosphere felt much better than last year. I had good seats, but I agree with whoever said it's easier to watch it on tv with the replays and such, LT really doesn't look amazing in the flesh, even though he had a great game, it's hard to see the tiny jinks and shifts that make him so great, but easy to see on a camera close up.
